Voice Mail
-

-
What it does:
Voice Mail allows a caller or callers to leave you messages when you are not at home or when you are on another call.
-
How it works:
Messages are stored in your own personal "mailbox".  As with all other calling features and functions, voice mail can be retrieved from any phone connected to your telephone service.  There are no tapes to break, no answering machines to malfunction.  Messages can be retrieved from home or away using a touch tone phone.

To set up your VOICEMAIL box: Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

Dial *98

Note: *98 may not work with all equipment.  If *98 does not work for you, dial 763-262-9990, 763-261-9990, or 763-856-9990 to access the voicemail system.

When the system answers, enter your temporary password ( 1 2 3 4 ), then press #.

The system will guide you through a New User Tutorial to Assist you in setting up your VOICEMAIL box.  Your mailbox Number is your 10 digit telephone number.

Once your mailbox is created you will be able to receive incoming messages.

To retrieve your VOICEMAIL messages from your home or business phone:  Lift the handset and listen for a stutter dial tone.  (If you have a continuous dial tone, there are no messages in your mailbox, hang up.)

Dial *98

Follow the system instructions to listen to your messages.

To retrieve VOICEMAIL messages from another (remote) location:

Call the access number:

Becker 763-261-9990
Big Lake 763-262-9990
Zimmerman 763-856-9990
Glendorado 763-856-9990

When the system answers, dial # plus your 10 digit telephone number (mailbox number).  Follow the system instructions to retrieve your messages (your temporary password is 1 2 3 4 ).
