24/7 and does not tie up the phone line, so you can surf the web and talk on the phone at the same time. |

| Q: How
does iZoom High-Speed connect to my computer?
A: iZoom High-Speed will require
that you have a NIC (Network Interface Card also
known as an Ethernet card) installed in your
computer. Almost all newer computers have them
installed. Check with your retailer to be sure. When
purchasing a NIC card, 10/100 mpbs is recommended. |
| Q: Does
iZoom High-Speed have limitations?
A:
Yes. There are distance limitations--but Connections, Etc has invested in it's service area to make high-speed Internet available to nearly 100% of the customer base. It's our committment to you.
The
distance limitations are between your home and
our telco office. It is not the driving distance
but the telephone line distance. For any
distance over 18, 000 feet it is difficult to offer
DSL service. Call Connections, Etc. to have
your line qualified for distance at 763.262.4100. There
isn't a charge to have your line qualified.
