What is it?
Rapid Repair provides trouble isolation and repair of customer's inside jack and wiring which are subject to wear and tear from aging, rodents and weather related stress.

Why do I want to subscribe?
Think of it as a maintenance plan you might select for your major appliances or electronics, only this is for your phone service.  For just $3.95 per month you receive professional repair services from our trained and expert staff at Connections, Etc. and you will avoid the $56.50 trip charge.

What does it cover?
If you experience problems such as static, cutoffs or you can't hear while on the phone. Rapid Repair will cover the charge for one of our professionals to visit your home or office.  They will evaluate and repair the problem (provided the problem is cause by the wiring or the jacks).  The technician may also be able to suggest an alternative solution to the problem.

What doesn't it cover?
The repair of customer owned telephones, answering machines, caller id units, installation of new phone lines or jacks, rewiring of a building if destroyed by fire, flood or natural disaster or any buried cable between buildings not installed by Connections, Etc.
